How are we helping?

Many of The Salvation Army’s foodbanks operate a choice model. Some parents reach for lunchbox-ready items (particularly useful if they don’t have regular access to cooking facilities such as those living out of vehicles). Others focus on meal staples and pack children off to school with leftovers or baked items.

What unites them all is the desire to make sure their children don’t go without.
